Synopsis

Winter Under the Table is a light and serious comedy, tender and fierce, funny and touching at the same time, where
social hierarchies and propriety are irreverently disrupted.
It's the story of a young woman, a poorly paid translator, who sublets the underside of her table to a
immigrant shoemaker. He lives in paradise because Florence's legs are beautiful.
She accepts this cohabitation with a form of naivety and pleasure to round off her ends.
