Synopsis
The mysterious and explosive face-off between two legends of history, Talleyrand, the most Machiavellian of diplomats, and Fouché, the fearsome founder of the modern police. In the aftermath of Waterloo, they have two hours to spare France from chaos. A fireworks display of bad faith and political skill with resonances that are still relevant today. And finally, "vice in the arms of crime..."
